Top Picks at The Container Store

Top Picks at The Container Store

June 9, 2019

Here they are! My TOP PICKS from The Container Store. These are items that I will be organizing my pantry with. This list will get you started with your pantry organization.

#1 – Artisan Glass Canisters with oak lids

These canisters are my absolute favorite pick. They come in different sizes and lid colors. My floors in the pantry are oak, so I went with the oak lids. They also have black and gray lids as well. These glass containers are perfect for storing your lentils, dry goods, spices, etc. Dishwasher safe and have an airtight silicone seal.

#2 – Tosca Basket with Wooden Handles

These baskets are perfect for pantry staples, snacks and dry goods. They come in different sizes and they add a beautiful look to your pantry.

#3 – Water Hyacinth Storage Bins

How cute are these? I’m in love and want them in every size. These baskets are versatile and can be used in every room of your home. Good price tag on them too.

#4 – Borosilicate Glass Measuring Cup

I’m a sucker for a cute measuring cup and this glass one reminds me of being a mad scientist. If you’re like me and you’re in the kitchen a lot,  you can never have too many measuring cups.

#5 – ProKeeper Deli Container

This is a must in my house. It can hold all of your meats and cheeses. Including bacon. How many times have you bought bacon, cooked up a couple slices and threw the rest in a plastic ziplock or just used the plastic the bacon came wrapped in? How many times have you had bacon grease all over your fridge? I love this container. They come in different sizes.

#6 – InterDesign Nickel Stackable Basket

I think these are perfect for holding onions, potatoes, apples, etc. I like to keep them all separated and these baskets allow me to do that.

For convenience, I’ve linked all of the products below. Happy organizing!

2. Tosca Basket with Wooden Handles

3. Water Hyacinth Storage Bins

4. Borosilicate Glass Measuring Cup

#AD It's no secret that I love using @chobani Gree #AD It's no secret that I love using @chobani Greek Yogurt for numerous recipes on my blog. One of my all-time favorite recipes is this greek chicken! It's so easy to whip up, and Chobani® Greek Yogurt is the star of the dish. I like to use their plain yogurt to make the chicken marinade and also in my simple tzatziki sauce. Did you know that you can now earn on Ibotta with your purchase of Chobani® Greek Yogurt? Find it at @walmart!

Recipe:
Greek Chicken
Servings: 4
Ingredients
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Chobani® Non-Fat Plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp fresh or dried dill
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions:
In a large bowl, add minced garlic, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, Chobani® Greek Yogurt, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
Add chicken and coat well. Let the chicken marinade for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Remove most of the marinade from the chicken before adding it to the skillet, or else it will burn.
Add chicken in an even layer to the skillet, leave some space between the chicken pieces so they'll brown rather than steam. You may need to work in batches depending on how big your skillet is.
Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes and then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked through (165°F).
Remove chicken to a plate to rest.
Serve chicken over rice with a dollop (or two) of tzatziki sauce, diced red onion, fresh dill, and a lemon wedge.
